Description: The prudent parenting refresher course provides a one hour yearly refresher training for current foster parents. Within the course,  foster parents will read about prudent parenting and become better equipped with the knowledge and skills needed in understanding prudent parenting in real life situations and the risks that accompany the choices they make for the youth in their care. Additionally, the course provides some interactive items, such as sorting cards, clickable audio, YouTube videos, and knowledge checks for learners to delve deeper into the prudent parenting law in order to create normalcy for foster care youth. 

Solution: This solution of using Articulate rise allowed for the building of knowledge checks, integration of videos, audio and graphics and job aids, instead of the previous method of only giving the learner a handout.
