Hi, I'm Melissa, an Instructional Designer but I also wear many other hats. I have experience teaching in higher education, as a SME and have strong project management, eLearning development and people leading skills. My work is learner-centered focused on using ADDIE, backwards design, experiential learning and adult learning theories to create learning experiences for traditional and non-traditional learners.
